This policy explains how HTSS s.a.g.l. handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form

When you write to us through the contact form we receive the data you enter: first name, last name, company, country, email address and your message. We use it only to read and answer your request. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in replying to it.

Technical data

When you visit the site, our web server and the services it relies on may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of access and the pages requested. We use it to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix faults.

Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies: one to remember that you have accepted the cookie notice and one session cookie. More details are in our cookie policy.

3. Third-party services

To work and to display correctly, the pages load resources from Google (fonts and scripts) and Firebase. When your browser requests them, your IP address and technical details are transmitted to those providers, who process them under their own privacy policies.

Text on the site may be translated automatically. Only the site text is sent for translation, never the content of your messages.

4. Who receives your data

Your data is accessible to HTSS staff who need it to handle your request and to the providers that host and operate the site and its email. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Transfers abroad

Some of the providers named above may process data outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. In that case we rely on the safeguards provided by law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep data

We keep contact requests for as long as needed to handle them and for any follow-up that may reasonably result, and longer only where the law requires it. Technical logs are kept for a limited period.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time. To exercise these rights write to info@htss.tech.

You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU, the authority of your country of residence.
